How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–4 business days. Standard delivery then takes 4–12 business days, so most orders arrive within about two weeks of ordering. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is scanned.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on every order, worldwide. There are no handling fees added at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped. Email us as quickly as you can with your order number and we'll stop it if we still can. Once a parcel is with the carrier, the return route below applies instead.

What if something arrives damaged or isn't right?

Tell us within 30 days of delivery and send a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full — whichever you prefer. You don't need the original packaging.

Which payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards, plus the express wallets shown at checkout. Payment is processed by Shopify; we never see or store your card details.

How do I reach a person?
