How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed in 1–4 business days, then delivery takes 4–12 business days. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is scanned.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on every order, worldwide. No handling fees at checkout.

What if something isn't right?

Tell us within 30 days and send a photo. We send a replacement or refund you in full — whichever you prefer.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped. Email us with your order number and we'll stop it if we still can.

Which payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards, plus the express wallets shown at checkout. Payment is processed by Shopify.
